2. Account Registration

• You must be 18+ to create an account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure
• You are responsible for activity on your account

3. Orders & Payment

• Prices are displayed before checkout
• Payment is processed securely through our payment providers
• Digital books are delivered via email immediately
• Physical books require 5-10 business days for printing and shipping

4. Refund Policy

• Digital Books: No refunds once generated
• Physical Books: Full refund if defective or damaged upon arrival within 14 days

5. Content & Intellectual Property

• You retain rights to your generated stories for personal use
• Our AI technology and platform remain our intellectual property
• Do not use generated content for commercial purposes without permission

6. Limitations of Liability

• AI-generated content is provided as-is
• We are not liable for dissatisfaction with creative story choices
• Maximum liability limited to order value

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
